Error in recovery mode

I want to install the update.zip root file, so I entered the Recovery modus. Before I even started to root my device, I got this error:

multicsc: cannot acces to /system/csc/XEN/system/.

Before I run update.zip. Could someone tell me what this error means?.

Stock firmware: JM2

Same here, just got mine today. When clicking apply sdcard:update.zip it gives the following error:

E:Can't open /sdcard/update.zip

(No such file or directory)

Installation aborted.

Wanted to run Clockwork and backup the default ROM before flashing Froyo or any other ROM...
