pulse wifi connection prob

My pulse is 4 days old.

I was able to connect via wifi at home, then took to work where it worked fine with the wifi.

On returning home, it tries to connect, but then just says "disconnected" .

the passwords are fine, I have even changed router to channel 1. I tried a static IP address but that not worked,

I have just done a factory reset and it still will not connect. It sometimes say the signal is fair - then change to strong or good , even when the fones location has not changed.

It is still on the original 1.5

Will upgrading to 2.1 or applying the dec update sort things out?
