[Q] How to backup baseband?

I got my US streak a couple days ago and have successfully backed up the stock rom and recovery image and then flashed to 2.1.

On 2.1 it changed the OEM version to ******21 and the baseband version to *****21-US (there were 31 and 31-US before).

I was able to flash back to US 1.6 build 6601 and now OEM version is back to ***31 but baseband is still at ****21-US.

Anyone know how to backup the baseband so i can ask my friend who hasn't done anything to his streak to back it up so i can get back on the stock US baseband when need be?

Yes I did. Head over to xda-dev and in the sticky post there is one about clockwork recovery mod. Read through that thread.

Also which recovery are you looking for as there are several floating around.
