I'm 99.999% sure that's a 1.6 rom.

I can't flash it.. i went back to stock US 1.6 build 6601 and half way through i get "FOTA model name mismatch."

I think its because after i flashed 2.1 and then back to 1.6 my OEM version is stuck at 21-US (should be 31-US)

Hence i posted a question asking how to back up the baseband but still nothing :/

Guys,

If you search on the file name, you will see it has been around / available for a few months.

It looks like the 31 is for the US baseband, and the 21 is for the UK baseband.

Probably it is just an older version of 1.6, so even if you were able to download / install, you would be going backwards....:huh:
