HTCCODE .com did unlock Pulse!!

I have a (UK) T-Mobile Pulse (not mini) and I spoke to Sudar on Live Chat who said it could be unlocked. Paid for unlock, software eventaully started to connect to HTCCODE server for it to simply say "No code available" "You have been refunded" I have already e-mailed Sudar with my IMEI number and transaction id to see if he could send the code via e-mail but he has asked me if I "Purchased under HTC?" I e-mailed back to say that was the only option available. Any one else actually got this service to work or a refund? Help from Mods would be appreciated. Thx

Sudar got me the unlock via e-mail, sent him my imei and model i.e. Huawei U8220 and he sent me unlcok code next day. Work like a treat.

HTCCODE is for HTC devices only. But the Pulse is from Huawei, not HTC. You should get a refund though.

The Pulse isn't an HTC device. I've never used HTCCODE, but I'm guessing they only do codes for HTC phones. I unlocked my Pulse through:

HTCCODE is for HTC devices only. But the Pulse is from Huawei, not HTC. You should get a refund though.

Thx for response. Did think that but Sudar said it could be done on Live Chat Support. Oh well will wait for refund/ e-mail from him.

I am gonna try other unlock-tmobilepulse.com when refund comes through. Thx
