Guest hadley Posted August 29, 2010 Report Posted August 29, 2010 Hi all, I am struggling to get my laptop (Windows 7 x64) to recognize the Pulse (Android 2.1, using FLB-Mod 1.5). In device manager, under "Other Devices" I see four instances of "T-Mobile 3G Phone", each with a yellow exclamation point on the icon. When I choose "Update Driver Software", then "Browse my computer for driver software", and choose the drivers that I think should work, I get the message: Windows was unable to install your T-Mobile 3G Phone Windows could not find driver software for your device I have installed the PC Suite that came within the zip file for the Hungarian 2.1 update, and tried to choose the drivers that came with that software. I've also tried the drivers that I found on this forum topic: http://android.modaco.com/content/t-mobile...ers-7-vista-xp/ And I get the same results either way. Has anyone got the USB driver working with a Pulse on Android 2.1, and a computer on Windows 7 x64 ? Thanks
Guest hadley Posted August 29, 2010 Report Posted August 29, 2010 Never mind. After struggling with it for 2 days, I tried it again this afternoon and it worked (from the drivers within the PC Suite that came with Hungarian 2.1). So if you have this issue, I guess keep bashing at it and after about 7 or 8 tries it will work...
