how to NAND Backup/Restore?

Hi guys, I have been reading this forum scince I got my GT540 but first time i'm posting :huh:

sorry if this is a "newb" question and/or has been asked before, but I have been looking everywhere but nowhere is saying support for LG GT540.

I was just wondering if anyone has successfuly backed-up and restored an LG GT540? & if so if they have some details or a step-by-step I would greatly appreciate it.

I ask because I would like to try some of the LG ROM's because I seem to be having trouble with my WIFI recently, and would like to make a backup of where i am now with root before i factory reset/ flash a new ROM.

Well thanks for all the help & suggestions guys it sure did help :huh:

I had to do a factory reset.

Still nobody knows how to make a flashable backup?
