[done]how to flash 1.100.71 over xian/koud

I want to flash 1.100.71 over xian/koud. My previous stock rom is 0.39.

And after I try to flash 1.100.71, it said it can't recognize my rom version and refuse to continue.

And I boot into fastboot mode and start again, it can't go to next step.

Then I tried to open this bin file in Acer tool 3.1, it said md5 error and it's bad rom.

What can I do?

Hello, would like to do same thing, I am in Italy and I think . 71 has better radio compared to. 39 I also use now.

I feel that this rom is stable than current xian/koud v1, and battery is better too.

In xian/koud my phone battery only last 6 hours, I don't know why.

In this rom , it remain 80% after 10hours unplugged from cable with all wireless off except gsm network.

Thanks for Your reply, I intended asking for more news about RADIO, which involves receive/transmit capabilities of our device, and know if You have now better signal from telehone cells towers around You.

Remember .71 plain is Eclair 2.1 and Xian/Koud is a ROM which ports Froyo 2.2 on the device, so should be much faster than 2.1 .

With autokiller set on ULTIMATE I experienced good battery performance, but You have to turn off data and stay on 2G, now I try keeping data on always on 2G and I am not experiencing bad battery use.
