[REQ] Tranparent Notification Bar

i just want the transparent notification bar(the one that contains all HSDPA, 3G, wifi, etc icons), nothing else. and how do i backup my current bar btw, just incase i want to revert back.

and please make it into zip file so i can flash it directly from recovery.
