Drivers issue

Hi all,

i'm trying to get into fastboot mode with no results. I'm running on win7 and my pc (dell one :huh: ) does not recognize my streak.

How did you manage this?

I have installed about 3 or 4 times dell pc suite but drivers always fail.

I appreciate any tip, thanx in advance

Just had the same problem, found the solution here in post #59.

Worked like a charm for me.

I had the same problem, and I read everything at least twice. I over looked something very simple, follow my steps and you'll see what I over looked.

1. Android SDK and Dell Suite installed

2. On phone, while holding down camera button, press power button for a 5 secs and release (still holding camera button)

3. Phone boots to a white screen with upper right corner saying 'fast boot mode', touch that.

4. wait a few seconds connect the usb, check phone and see if it shows fast boot mode.

5. if not, now go into Device manager, and you'll see a small triangle on/for Android phone.

6. right click that, select update driver, then click browse my computer, then click let me pick

NOW THIS IS WHAT I OVERLOOKED OTHER TIMES, you click on Android phone, and it'll open to more options, now pick android bootloader.

7. once the android bootloader is selected and installed, look at your phone it'll enter fastboot mode.

Since the triangle was on the 'Android phone' i didn't bother to select it, i kept looking fore android bootloader, but the driver for bootloader is under the 'Android phone'

I hope this helps and I think thats what most people who are having trouble aren't doing... or else, its just me and i'm slow. haha.
