Bug: Headset volume too quiet if plugged in during call

SYMPTOM:

The headset works fine, as long as it is plugged in before you begin a call.

If it is plugged in when a call is already active, the volume is far too quiet.

RESOLUTION:

Do not plug in headset mid-call. If you need to do so, end call, plug in, then ring 'em back!
