Returns bags for repairs (attn Mr Ashbeard)

Hi all,

Way back in April I promised to go into town to pick up a returns bag for Mr Ashbeard, and today I finally walked in and queued to ask... only to be told that they don't have anything in the stores that they can hand out, only bubble-wrap. Apparently the procedure is to call customer support, and they will send what you need. I'm sorry I wasn't able to help. I was hoping to pick up a handful and send them out.

All I can now offer is some crayon drawings. I will do requests.

Who's Mr Ashbeard - and what is a returns bag all about? I got my Pulse back today, and the guy just thrust the phone into my hands. No boxes, cases, paper, bubble-wrap or anything :huh:

OK, one crayoned elephant on its way.

Ashbeard put out a request for a returns bag *months* ago, and I said I'd go into town and pick one up. I left it so long he worked out a way round his problem and also got a new phone.
