Password Lock and Bluetooth

My company is beginning to enforce a password lock after 30 minutes of inactivity. This is all fine with me until I go to make a call and have to type in the 4 digit password required to unlock the phone. This is particularly aggravating when I need to make a call while driving as it also renders voice command useless and I don't like to dial or really even look at the phone while driving.

Is there anyway to have voice command work behind the screen lock so I don't have to unlock the phone prior to making a call?
