Moving from Desire to Galaxy S

Hi,

So yeah, am 90% sure I am going to move from a HTC Desire to a Samsung Galaxy S.

Does anyone know how easy it would be to use titanium backup (once I root and custom ROM the Galaxy S) to restore my apps from my Desire? Not so much the settings, but the actual apps.

It would save me hours if this were possible!

You might be better off, if all you're interested in is quickly getting your apps back, is just using AppBrain. You can sync your list off apps and then quickly reinstall them all on your new phone. I use it all the time to restore when I switch roms (which happens frequently).
