When i called by a friend or something.

Then is going the ringtone.

Is there a option to play a video?

I doubt it, and if there were, it would be a drain on battery. But yes, something could be coded

You'd be best off simply ripping the sound from the movie instead and converting it to a flac/ogg/mp3

Now i mean I want to that a video are playing when i called by someone

As stated, there is really no point. You are only going to hear the music until you pull it out of your pocket, then hopefully you will answer it rather than watching the video :-)

So far easier to just rip music from video and use a static image for the person whos calling.

I did it on my Windows 6.1 and 6.5 phones, but I havent seen it on Android yet.
