A new WMP skin

I did this Windows Media Player skin for myself yesterday, so I thought I'd share it here if anybody else wants to give it a try. It has buttons big enough for easy control. It's portrait only, and mainly geared towards music, but it will show video, too. This is only for WQVGA displays, like those on the i900 and i910.

Unzip it and copy all the files to the /Program Files/Windows Media Player folder. Then in WMP go to Options.../Skins. There's a black version and a white version.

The repeat and shuffle symbols are also buttons for toggling them.

I want to ask something else, from this screen... Is it possible, anyone, to have this glossy black lower taskbar/buttons and share it to me? I'm using OCK's "Eclipse", everything is fine, but I don't really love that flat black lower taskbar & buttons.

So sorry I didn't see these old replies! For some reason I don't seem to be getting the e-mail notifications from modaco.

This skin only supports portrait (vertical) mode. If you change to landscape (horizontal) while in WMP, it uses the normal WMP skin for that.

To turn this into a WVGA skin, all that should be needed is to multiply all the numbers in the .skn file by 2 and to resize the images to twice their size in something like Photoshop.

This taskbar is the one in the ROM I'm using, Storms DC22 "Build 28233 - Titanium Only." I've been very happy with this ROM; about the only issue I've had is that the font for the camera is too big, but it's still usable.
