You could try the instructions here. I was facing the same issue.

http://android.modaco.com/content/dell-str...6/#entry1396191

I push volum up down button on boot and i am getting on a menu

with white letters where i choose Option 2 "Software Upgrade via Update.pkg on SD Card"

The system reboots and get me to a screen with blue letters which says

"Android System Recovery Utility - GAUSB1A110421

To perform an emergancy software recovery ..................

........

.............

Press the Volume down Button to power off"

Nothing Happens , and after a minute Dell auto reboots

What am i doing wrong?

I vaguely remember at that point it normally asks you to press the camera button to continue, might be worth trying at that point when it says volume down to reboot...

I already tried that but nothing happens.I seems as it is not recognising the card or the pkg

try renaming to update.pkg without the capitalization. both should work though.
