Stock recovery: down from 2.1 to 1.6 - DOWNLOAD

You have to load it to your phone in FASTBOOT MODE

Then you update Stock 1.6 (O2 official built 4399) - DOWNLOAD

You can now either update directly through the prompt you get from Dell/O2, or you can run the update manually Stock 2.1 built 8105 - DOWNLOAD

Thanks a lot. I was stuck on the DELL logo after flashing MCR 2.1 R2. I have used your instructions and then flashed clockwork recovery and now am on MCR2.1.
