Help! Photo of 30 pin connector needed

Hi All,

I have no way to describe what I feel right now, but need a favour.

Could some one take a close up photo of the 30 pin connector at the bottom of the Streak please?

Ive already sworn loudly and just need to check if my connector is broken as its all getting sent back.

I had my brand new charger arrive today and gues what they accidently sent me 2. So I have 2 batteries, 3 yes count em 3 charging cables and plugs and still the bastard wont charge! the animated indicator shows its charging but the % just drops and drops.

I am officially F*CKED OFF WITH THIS S***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All I get is the empty battery screen with yellow warning triangle.....FFS

Putting in the battery that has about 70% charge and I get pic of the black connector with a red ? and a yellow triange.

This is a seriously badword up.

Thank You Mate, mine has the same gaps and looks perfect when looked at with my portable microscope :P

I dont get the screen that says charging when the Streak is off, just the error message. waiting on o2 now. :)

I had this exact same problem, seemed really odd, took the streak back to the O2 store they put another battery in it and it seemed to be charging, although it had died by the following morning even though it was on charge all night. Luckily I was within the 14 days and O2 swapped it for a complete new unit. been fine for the last month or so. using a giffgaff sim, I use a N1 as my main phone.

My last question on this piece of sh*t, I noticed people mentioned flashing lights when upgrading to 2.1.

Well my 1.6 Streak with a battery thats now flat is flashing every other second, removing the battery doesnt fix this.

Ive a battery which I managed to charge previously, took ages using usb esp since it was hit and miss for ages.

I can't see it updating to 2.1 fixing it, any thoughts? This does feel hardware since its not charging properly.

The best they could suggest was.....drum roll....update to crappy 2.1

Streak 1 - F**ked

Streak 2 - F**ked

And back it goes again, I have had enough.
