Dell update by the end of the week

Today they released a new PC Suite. Perhaps that's what dell was refering too.

Sorry if you were misinformed. Please PM (private message me) the phone # and name of reps who gave you this information.

Regarding a new update, there is not a new Android 2.1 update for O2/UK customers; however, there is a newer version of the Dell PC Suite software here:

Please download, install this and let me know if it corrects the sync issues you may have experienced.

Funny thing is that have actually pulled the 2.1 update from their servers. No idea what's going on.

I think too many complaint about this crappy update for 02 so they HAVE to remove it , to avoid more flame untill DELL real update to 2.2

Ok can't get this PC suite to work, not only that but when i installed it on my Dell laptop and restarted the laptop wouldn't load, instead it went to a screen basically saying my laptop doesn't recognise my charger anymore, and after going through a few button presses to basically to ignore anymore messages about the charger not being recognised and getting to my home screen my dell dock has gone and i'm getting messages pop up on my screen every minute or so saying the dell dock needs reinstalling and couldn't configure the default skin, great job Dell!!

More like they've had to pull it to close the backdoor they left wide open.
