OC kernel for 0.007.00 Froyo ROM ??

Hello, is there any possibility to make an OC kernel for your new froyo leak, without froyo kernel source? ( 007.00- overall speed is not bad, but it is not fast as an eclair with OC, maybe also without, and also scrolling sometimes little lags)

We know that we cant use eclair kernels ( in result of stuck at boot or "no service")

But, this froyo leak using the same version of kernel as on Eclair ( 2.6.29, not 2.6.32 at on "regular" froyo )

..So, DEVs and others, what do you think, any chance? :P

That's doable, but really annoying, and I'm pretty confident that overclock doesn't actually change a damn thing.

of course it can be used, we should just wait for xian.

As far as I can tell, only camera can be improved by this leak.

Hmm, it doesn´t sound good :) :( I´ll hope Xian will be ok early, to put his knownledge to this leak :P

im pretty confident it does

for example psx 4droid runs smooth with xians 960mhz and multi-touch works for run+move

in froyo leak with stock kernel psx4droid is unplayable (multi-touch does not work proper for run+move)

look forward to OC on this rom - will try and get xians eclair kernel since it should work

or even your cm6 kernel

just need to swap out the ramdisk and kernel :lol:

from my experience, it looks like only youtube through browser(flash) and psx4droid are heavy enough to make some good use of >900mhz

you need to get the ramdisk of the current rom and the kernel toghether

I have tried but will not boot - maybe I need to try -delpoy 2

still no progress - hope to have something soon maybe :*(
