There's a SAFE MODE!!!

I have discovered how to get your mini into Save Mode just like a PC, here's how:

When booting up the phone hold the Left and Right on the D-pad and the centre button when the boot animation is happening (After the Android Logo), Then when the phone is about to start fully it will vibrate quite violently for about a second, Then Safe Mode will appear in the lower left corner.

EDIT: It turns out that safe mode disables all apps other than ones included with the system. I'm guessing that this comes in handy if an app is constantly crashing and needs to be removed.
