Help needed - unlocked UK 00 model

Ok, so I tried to update my streak as per some of the guides here, and had no luck... when I went to reboot I just got the dell logo and LEDs flashing - only 2 leds though, menu and home... then the flashing stops and menu stays lit up... but it doesnt boot any further.

I ahve tried the clockwork 1.8.1.7 recovery and managed to flash the R1 rom, but still wont boot any further. I restored the original 6267 recovery image, tried to run a couple of pkg updates for both 1.6 and 2.1, but keep getting FOTA model name mismatch. I have had a hunt around the forums but cant find much that helps. I was hoping to try reflashing Streak_111_6267_00.pkg but the dell link doesnt work any more.

Any tips?
