Syncing contacts only goes one way!

Using Sailing Media to sync my Mac and Mini. Contacts from the phone goes into MAc address book, but not the other way round,

Any ideas please?

Alternatively, how can I export my Address Book contents to Mini?

You could use google contacts on google mail... it works on any OS because its web browser based... and it sync contacts of gmail to phone AND phone to gmail
