missing market apps on 2.2

hi i noticed i am missing some market apps on 2.2 such as the app "IQ test", i cant see the app in the app market, I can see it on appbrain website, try sync it, but says "the requested item could not be found"

on the other hand, i tried to download angry birds with 2.1 and it had the same problem, but then i changed to 2.2 and angry birds could be downloaded.

i have tried market enabler without any change, any thing else i can try? i have malez installed. anything else i can try? something to do with the build prop?
