Rooting question : Android bootloader interface does not work

Hello, I just got Dell streak yesterday. Right now I am trying to root it. but got stuck about android bootloader

interface driver [my understanding]

What I am trying to do

Try to make my dell streak go to Fastboot mode (I can make it "Wait for USB fast boot detect")

What I did:

- Installed Dell PCsuite

- Install USB driver using the driver in Dell PC suit

(only Android compositive adb interface works but android ADB interface and android bootloader interface do not work)

After the streak screen change to "wait for USB fast boot detec..." I plug in the cable many time but it didn't go to fast boot screen

Could you help me ? I uninstall and install Dell PC suit several time but it still not work. I tried uodate driver with SDK driver

the result is the same.

Did I skip some step? Please help

Add: The driver error is "the device cannot start Code 10"

You don't need adb or fastboot to root
