Guest spammyspam Posted September 12, 2010 Report Posted September 12, 2010 I've having some dodgy BT issues since upgrading to r8. Amongst other things, it's slow to connect, disconnect and switch on and off (even though the device it's connecting to says it's not connected any more). Once I do get a connection, although an initial test call hands over to the headset, any subsequent ones do not, despite the BT indicator showing a headset connected. Just me?
Guest towo Posted September 12, 2010 Report Posted September 12, 2010 FWIW, I'm not suffering from exactly the same problem with the an older r9, but it does tend to be affected by the current system load very badly, and when playing audio, it can "lose" the connection to the receiver without bluetooth reporting any abnormality, and then suddenly outputs on the built-in speakers. [Which is annoying. Especially in a tram and you're listening to something that'll sound like utter bull on speakers, besides annoying people.]

Guest spammyspam Posted September 13, 2010 Report Posted September 13, 2010 Thanks for the tip! Can I ask what the difference is between the original and the "recovery error" version?
Guest The Virus 2013 Posted September 13, 2010 Report Posted September 13, 2010 Thanks for the tip! Can I ask what the difference is between the original and the "recovery error" version? I think the "recovery error" is a signed archive, for those who use a recovery that cannot flash unsigned zip.
