2.1 HDMI dock speaker message

Since 2.1 when I dock the device in the HDMI dock - I get this message - "would you want to turn off the speaker of device?"

anyone know any way to stop it asking?

Yeah I get this as well, possibly to differentiate between sound over HDMI and the speaker? I should really test it out.

Edit - It only does it when you plug the AC lead in the back

Would like to know how to stop this as well, not a major pain in the butt, but enough to be annoying.
