confusing, which one is actual latest 6.1 version?

Hi, everyone

I've been searching latest winmo 6.1 version but it's confusing, can someone make it clear?

the thing is, in some post says, XXIJ2(indian) is the latest but when you flash it, the version is CE OS 5.2.20999.1.5.71

at the same time if flash XXII1, the version is CE OS 5.2.21056.1.6.9--> seems later version...

so, what's the actuall latest winmo 6.1?

and more important, which one is better?
