Hey Guys,

There is a very handy app called DroidCam, what can act as a webcam for your PC. It has a client version and a "server" what runs on your phone.

The problem is that i cannot find it on the market, nor the apk anywhere. Does anybody know why? Other 2.1 users are using it.

I can't find it either, I scanned QR codes, No luck.

Unless it's for 2.2?

Try AppBrain.

Looks like it's there: http://www.appbrain.com/app/com.dev47apps.droidcam

Install the AppBrain app and then push droidcam to your phone using that.

Appbrain is down :S

Edit: Its reachable now but it says: "The requested item could not be found."

Any idea?

AppBrain is working for me OK.

Here is the DroidCam QRcode from the AppBrain website. Worth a try as sometimes QRcodes work where ordinary market searches fail.

Alternatively the developer's site is http://dev47apps.wordpress.com/, but I cant find the apk posted there either :)

If that still doesn't work, let me know and I'll post the apk somewhere instead. :lol:
