[Backup] Eclair to Froyo

Dear All,

What is the best way to restore app and userdata when moving from eclair to froyo?

Titanium backup gives me nothing else but parsing errors for most apps

So i would love to use Advancend Nadroid Restore.

Lets say apps are not the most important, but bluetooth pairings, wifi networks, call logs

and sms /mms data is....

Do i need to restore data.img?

system.img?

Is this even possible from eclair to froyo? Or did paths change?
