I used the unrevoked 3 to root my telus htc desire. Now nobody can hear me on calls and i cant do voice search. I can hear the other callers. I have tried 5 different good roms with and without google apps installed. Still doesnt work. I cant find a telus generic ruu file to use and when i try the 1.15, 1.21, and 2.06 generic ruu files, the flash fails. On all the roms i have tried, everything works perfect except the voice issue. This problem only happened after rooting even on the stock telus rom before i even tried any other roms. How can i get the voice issue fixed?

Try a full wipe BEFORE flashing again your favorite rom.

How do you do a full wipe? I have cleared cache, cleared data, cleared settings before. I would love to wipe it fully clean but it never really wipes everything. Thanks in advance for the help

Sorry to hear that... I used Unrevoked 3 as well on my HTC Desire on Telus and things worked perfectly --- wish I could help. I did use SuperOneClick first before noticing the note about the HTC Desire and Unrevoked being needed, not sure if that helped the process. - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=803682
