Thread Subscriptions

Ok, so I'm only posting as a last resort here. I've searched, and looked everywhere, and I'm at a loss here. While I am new to this forum, I'm a long time member to a lot of others. I cannot find how to subscribe to individual topics (or threads as I call them). Every time I'm on a topic I would like to subscribe to, I can only find the option to subscribe to forum that the topic is in, and not the individual topic itself. I see there's a spot in the control panel to list subscriptions to individual topics, so I know it's possible...I just can't believe I'm too stupid to find out how...any help would appreciated...thanks!

Nevermind...I found it...It's called Topic Tracking...lol
