Stock Gallery Issues + Constant Syncing

Hi Guys

Just a quick one. I upgraded my Desire from stock 2.1 to a custom kitchen 2.2. I have been running it fine for a couple of weeks, however I have issues with my HTC gallery.

It has started picking up album artworks from somewhere and has become really unstable. Basically, it crashes on the first screen (folder view).

I have tried the 3D gallery, but do not get on with this as I find it really really slow.

Also, I have noticed that the sync icon is permanantly showing on the notification bar. When I go in to sync settings, it doesn't appear that anything is actually syncing, however, the logo never disappears.

Regarding the constant sync icon, did you by any chance do a bake which didn't include FriendStream. If so this is the issue. Re-bake, and include FriendStream.

Yes I did.. Haha Will re-bake with Friendstream included.

Any ideas on the gallery issue?

Quick update just in case someone else gets this issue in the future. Removing friendstream also seems to cause the gallery to crash, I would assume this is because the HTC gallery has a facebook tab.
