Status Bar Questions (ADW Launcher)

I mainly use my Streak in portrait mode.

How can I get the clock in the status bar in portrait mode? It is there in landscape mode.

How do I remove (or make it smaller) the provider part of the status bar. It takes up valuable space imho.

I use ADWLauncher.

I usually just hide mine and use a widget to show the time. Much nicer to look at.

I don't want to give up the notifications bars and the signal bars just want to get rid of the provider bar.

Until the devs [that are doing some great work on getting a functional kernel up and running] bring out a custome rom you will either have to tolerate having the provider bar or hide it using ADW> I use quick battery widget and mobile signal widget instead oh ong wi beautiful wiets for the time :lol:
