TV Out?

Hi all

I think TV out is really the only thing that the desire lacks, I had it on my previous phone the lowly Nokia N96 but on the high end desire its no where to be seen :lol:

I have seen this video regarding the TV out function on the incredible:

Appears to use an adapter via the micro-usb port

Does anyone think someone somehow could get this to work on the Desire?

Mate try the same av lead you had with your n95 might work..... I havent got mine at hand to try

But failing that I have seen micro usb av leads campatible eith the HTC Droid maybe they will work

gave the lead away when i sold the phone :lol:

i'm sure the phone will need some sort of software to push it via the port.. i think i will buy one of these adapters on the chance they may eventually work!

I tried my Nokia lead but not working.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the Desire don't have video output via USB.

Have searched this since months, and found basically nothing.

The only way to share your media with TV's is to use DLNA (iMediaserver for example) - works very well via wifi.
