Pulse, slow to unlock

Hi all, I'm new on this forum!

I'm having an issue with my Pulse. Any time when I press "POWER" or "MENU" button to unlock the phone I have to waith for about 2 sec. until it shows the unlock screen. It happens just on every ROM I install.

Anhy Ideas?

yeah thats standard with my pulse and everyone elses as far as im aware, you should try running 2.2 which is much faster although there is a loss of features, if you can live without those, its definately worth flashing

this 2sec wait is the same on 2.2

Just moved to 2.2

I still have that lag, it's really pissing me off.

From very brief reading it's due to the AOSP synaptics driver (Hero users experience the same problem when using AOSP synaptics driver instead of HTC one), so I think that pretty much means that there's nothing that can be done.

My delay is less than 1 sec. Running FLB 1.6b with swap.

Mine too, on stock 1.5.
