Guest pieceofplastic Posted September 24, 2010 Report Posted September 24, 2010 (edited) I figured it out, I had to plug it in and put the battery in and hold the power button once the battery showed up on the screen, then it was recognized by my computer and I installed malez recovery .6 and then booted to recovery from adb and installed my lcr zip that I left on my microSD. I'm so relieved my phone isn't broken I think i'll just wait for the official froyo release from acer :) Edited September 25, 2010 by pieceofplastic
Guest B4rt Posted September 24, 2010 Report Posted September 24, 2010 remove the battery, wait for 5-10 mins. Try again. It does work sometimes.
Guest Andy__P Posted September 24, 2010 Report Posted September 24, 2010 I had that a couple of times. If it says AMSS start and not connected you can unplug and replug the usb and it will continue.
Guest pieceofplastic Posted September 24, 2010 Report Posted September 24, 2010 (edited) well i tried booting into recovery after unplugging+taking out the battery and putting the battery back in and this is what it says: Partition checksum splash1:chksum =00000000 OK boot:chksum =00000000 OK recovery:chksum=1770c035 !=002152e0 **fail** system:chksum =00000000 OK ======= <<FAIL>>[/codebox] I don't know what I should do now. :/ Edited September 24, 2010 by pieceofplastic
Guest Temur Posted September 24, 2010 Report Posted September 24, 2010 if there is "not connect" after 10 seconds you have usb cable out and plug in again. And if it is standard in recovery mode, I think you have to press the "home" button. Sry for my super google-translate english^^
Guest Mr.Big Posted September 24, 2010 Report Posted September 24, 2010 (edited) I had the same problem, tried everything like combo buttons, flashing from blah blah... everything was unsuccessful, it stopped after the AMSS was flashed until I remove the acer tool and acer drivers completely and re-install them all again. And now my liquid is running Foyo, oh yeah!!! Edited September 24, 2010 by Mr.Big
