Guest Paul Posted September 24, 2010 Report Posted September 24, 2010 In case anyone else is hacking around on the device, i've successfully rebuilt the recovery image, but no matter what I do, the device doesn't seem to appear over USB when in recovery. Oddness... P

USB Cable, Issue Could this mode be different in the requirements of connection quality. Different kind of data transfer etc. What is required for this recovery mode to work? Software/HW. USB host mode? I haven't tested on clockwork but assume this isn't a problem anymore? If it still is then I wonder if Paul used the recovery kernel or the boot kernel as it appears from the source that we have that they compile it differently for FTM vs normal mode.
