Guest mapero Posted September 25, 2010 Report Posted September 25, 2010 Hi! I just bought MiniSquadron (23MB) over Market and was not able to download. I recognized that android is downloading the Stuff from Market to the /cache partition which only has arround 20MB. So its impossible to download stuff larger than this. You can use a trick. Create a folder "cache" on your sdcard, umount /cache, mount the /system/sd/cache to /cache. Now i was able to download MiniSquadron and install it successful. mkdir /system/sd/cache umount /cache mount --bind /system/sd/cache /cache Download and install. umount /cache mount /dev/block/mtdblock3 /cache Cheers

Guest mapero Posted October 14, 2010 Report Posted October 14, 2010 sounds like a nice little trick cheers btw how well does mini squadrons run on the pulse i would say its okay. could be better. Maybe runs smoother with 2.2. You could try the demo, its free and works without this trick. Multitouch would be great. But the trackball for shooting is fine, too.
