Yeh, I won't be usinbg skype again after that backwards corporate behaviour. Besides because skype is so well known T-mob block it on 3G. Fring was superb (and still is completely free if you have other fring users on android or iphone, even over 3g.) It means an end to any call charges for t-mobile until they decide to charge astronomical internet charges, inevitably.

Does Nimbuzz work correctly with the Pulse for Skype calls?

I had a play with it today and i can make and receive skype calls using it, but neither person can hear each other. Also seems to defualt to using the speaker on the back on the phone (for the outgoing ringtone).

Super mi raboti i bez nikakvi problemi. Testirav so pc i so mob. Postoi kasnenje, no sepak vrsi rabota...

Skype works for me, but the app is about 9MB and it consumes a lot of RAM.

Wasn't showing for me too but it did show with Market Enabler ;). Installed and works fine with swap :)

Even though I use FLB 1.7 with swap and a2sd, it still took ~5MB from my phone memory :/

I'm down to only 9MB now :)

My guess is somehow skype detected the IP adress of our phones internet and disabled the function for all the countries than USA.

But I hope the americans can't sign in too, so it would be skype problem, not our problem. :S

I tried to sign in couple of minutes ago and it worked. I called a friend and the calls work awesome. I couldn't find the "off speaker" option though (like regular calls, phone on ear).

The quality is exeptional, the friends voice was crisp and clear and he said that he can hear me better than through my headset mic on my pc. I was holding my phone about 20 cm from my mouth.

but works wenn you press back button instead of pressing "log on - forgot password" in the window

strange.

seems very beta.

and heavy. fring is much better
