Latitude problem on San Francisco???

Hi Guys,

I talked my daughter into getting a San Fran as her 1st android device and so far so good - It compares well against my Desire and my Wife's X10 (actually the Wife is gealous as she's still stuck on 1.6)

There are a few issues though - Google Maps quite often fails and no matter what we do we cannot get her signed into latitude. I've sent her invites and she's sent me and her Mum invites but none are being received. The location as shown on her phone is fine so GPS is working well but still not able to use latitude. Every time we click on latitude from within maps it shows that location sharing is disabled - even though i enable it every time...

Has anyone else tried this yet and succeeded?

I got lattitude to work too... it can be a bit dodgy tho, I have problems because I'm using an email address thats got google apps for domains on it, and that can upset it.
