Guest ashok2621 Posted September 27, 2010 Report Posted September 27, 2010 Hi I have purchased the T-mobile pulse last friday and updated with the 2.1 update as avaiable on the T-Mobile UK website. Two issues which are there 1) The biggest is that audio volume is too low. Even i find it hard to hear on speaker phone. Any idea how to fix it. 2) All the apps get stored in my phone memory. Any idea how to fix it. I desperatly want to put all my apps to my memory card. Otherwise, what is the use of external memory when u cannot installed apps on them Any help will be deeply appreciated. best regards Ashok

Checkout the FLB-Mod 1 thread for an excellent 2.1 custom ROM. Also check the stickies at the top for the guide on how to mod all things Pulse. Edited September 27, 2010 by Daz555

Also FLB-Mob has support for A2SD it means storage space for applications is not a concern. In additioo there is support for swap parition which eases one of the main limitations of the Pulse - RAM. Guest meinnit Posted September 27, 2010 Report Posted September 27, 2010 I think the volume issue is just the fact that the Pulse is very poor at functioning as a phone for calls etc.
Guest goce.nakov Posted September 27, 2010 Report Posted September 27, 2010 I think the volume issue is just the fact that the Pulse is very poor at functioning as a phone for calls etc. Wrong...I'v never had any issues regarding low volume.

I had volume problems with my original stock 1.5 Pulse but no problems with the MCR ROMS or FLB-Mod which I currently use. Edited September 27, 2010 by Daz555

Guest meinnit Posted September 27, 2010 Report Posted September 27, 2010 I've had problems with stock and custom ROMs. My main use of the Pulse is as phone (call and text) and occasionaly use apps/internet. The main problem is that other people find they cannot hear me and the quality is very poor (muffled sound). I think this is what the Taiwan guy is trying to say.

Guest krfan Posted September 28, 2010 Report Posted September 28, 2010 Apparently, you're not alone. In fact, i have two problems, both are from my side. People can both hear me well, and receive all my messages sent. However, i can't seem to be able to hear properly, even with speakerphone turned on. Also, i'm not receiving incoming smses correctly.
