Is it true this phone won't be able to run Flash 10.1 ever ?

I read somewhere that the processor in the Orange San Francisco (Qualcomm MSM7227 600MHz) can't support flash 10.1

Is this true? And does this mean if it can get upgraded to Froyo 2.2 it will never be able to use and support Flash 10.1 ?

Well Adobe have put an ARM7 and above requirement on flash being used. Whilst I imagine it may be possible to put flash on ROMs, the question is how slow it will be. HTC Legend forums on XDA may be the best place to look for information.
