Guest martin2k Posted September 28, 2010 Report Posted September 28, 2010 (edited) Hi, I am quite new to all the Android stuff. I have read in this forum that the CPU of the Blade/SF is the same as the CPU in the HTC Legend. There are already overclocking solutions for the HTC Legend (link). 1.) Is there a chance to overclock the San Francisco (in future)? 2.) How about the app SetCPU? Will that work? They say: "SetCPU works on most devices running Android 1.5 to Android 2.2" Martin Edit: I have read that for some(all?) android phones it is/was necessary to do some modification on the kernel source. Well, the kernel source of this phone is already available so it should be easier to realize the overclocking on this phone than it was on some other android phones, right? Guest David Horvath Posted September 28, 2010 Report Posted September 28, 2010 You want to overlock your phone? Most people want to make it sim lock free, not lock it more B) I think you wanted overClock.
Guest martin2k Posted September 28, 2010 Report Posted September 28, 2010 You are right, thanks
