Guest Stooby Posted September 29, 2010 Report Posted September 29, 2010 Are there different seting I can add for internet not in a 3G area You shouldn't need any alternative settings. I just have 1 APN set up for three and it works on 3G and GPRS/EDGE.

Off topic, I wonder if anyone is able to download Three Skype software and have it working on the orange ZTE blade phone? Thanks.

I'd like to know that as well, since I use the 3UK Skype app everyday. I currently have a Hero, but I'm seriously thinking of getting a Blade

Guest will7201 Posted September 29, 2010 Report Posted September 29, 2010 Try: http://mobile3.three.co.uk/837_sc/prePayFreeUnits.do Just a thought, I wonder if 3 are gonna pick this phone up? They took the Racer. Hmm, buy - wait - buy - wait, argh! *head explodes a la Scanners* Will.

I think it needs two APN entries. The first one will cover regular internet and the second should cover mms. Try making an additional APN with exactly the same settings but scroll down to the bottom of the APN setting and set the second 'APN type' as mms. Let me know if this works for you.

Guest puj Posted October 1, 2010 Report Posted October 1, 2010 Brilliant works here to. Do you know what the connection cost is to the number it dials, also it wont connect over wifi I believe the number it calls is free, it says it only works on 3g when you turn it on.

Guest Stooby Posted October 1, 2010 Report Posted October 1, 2010 I believe the number it calls is free I can confirm that the application makes a free call to a 3 server. I've been using it (on various phones) for a couple of years now - it's never cost me a penny!
