Logout from google mail

Hi guys,

Anyone know how to logout/signout from google mail?, I entered my account details all fine get emails etc but I would like the facility to logout so that I could enter my password when needed, any ideas/help would be much appreciated.

That's not really how it is designed to work, but you can turn off the automatic downloading of your email... and then put a passcode / unlock pattern onto the phone...
