Skype CAB file for Win Mobile 6

I'm trying to get Skype working on an HTC S620. The only version I can get to work is 3.0, but speech is broken

From the research I've done others seem to have got version 2.2.20 to work correctly which also seems to refered to as the beta or lite.

Problem is I cannot find it and Skype no longer officially support it.

Can anyone point me to this version or other known to work ?
