try pushing aosp dialer apk to your phone through adb..

Am I the only one who prefers AcerDialer? I like how when you are dialing a #, suggestions based on alphanumeric alphabet/number appear. Makes dialing much easier.

I prefer the Acer dialer over the AOSP one myself.

This should be possible, if one deletes the files associated with the Dialer app and contacts app, and then install the appropriate APK from some nexus one dump, or similar, as long as it contains the AOSP dialer.

Might have a try later, but not for now.

It will be possible in lcr-f. You will have choice between acer and aosp dialer using lcr settings.
