hii there still very new to this forum :lol: and the smartphones and android system

If someone could help me I would be very grateful B)

has anyone had any problems with connecting to Google mail on the phone to set up an account to start using the android market and everything else you need the Gmail account for I have a Gmail account but it won’t sign in I just get the

Communicating with Google servers......

Then can’t establish a reliable data connection to the server

Could be sim card may not be provisioned for data services...

I assume the sim is as I have put the internet bundle on my contract recently and I would not have thought orange would let me do it knowing the sim is not compatible

Don't you have to contact Orange, to activate the sim on their phones? I know you used to..

Also, it may be your connection, as sometimes Orange phones are known to use 3G for stuff, and nothing else.

Might be an idea to contact them.

hmmm thank u i dont realy know i have had a contract with them for 2 years and this is my first phone to use internet . so mabey the sims out of date or something. ill have to go to the great orange shop and try and get some help then the joy ! thank u for the advice thoe :lol:. why cant phones be simple B)
